Life Commission is based out of LIFE Foursquare Church, in Decatur, Ill., two to three hours from Chicago, Ill., St. Louis, Mo., and Indianapolis, In. Students of Life Commission will have the opportunity to become a part of a growing, dynamic church that has the resources to help prepare them to become the men and women God has created them to be.
Life Commission’s academic coursework occurs at Life Central Bible Institute on the campus of LIFE Foursquare Church. Life Central is a two-year Bible college with credits transferable to Life Pacific College, King’s College, and a growing list of other accredited colleges.
Life Commission involves a season of consecration to God, as well as commitment to an environment that challenges students and develops their God-given gifts. Life Commission students, you will be equipped with life skills such as management of time, finances and resources. Daily Bible reading, journaling and prayer are a foundational part of the program. In addition, Bible college classes, ministry mentors, peer relationships and host family interactions all play an important part in the character building process that is foundational to this training and discipleship opportunity. Life Commission provides a culture that instills the heart of the Father within students and sets the stage for them to experience life-changing encounters with Jesus Christ.
Upon graduating Life Commission you could move onto university or Bible college, church planting, various ministry positions, or a career in the business world. As a Christian, we believe you are a minister; no matter what you do in life, you are called to influence society with the message of Jesus Christ.
